Our signature point of difference is every pork dumpling is delicately hand-made to measure, 4.8g-5.2g, before being filled to weigh between 20.8g-21.2g and folded at least 18 times. Plus our pork dumplings are made fresh in front of your eyes, steamed in exactly three minutes and on your table in seconds. Such scientific precision and quality control is what makes Din Tai Fung stand out from the rest. We also offer small sharing plates, main dishes, noodles, fried rice, soups, desserts and drinks.
