How to Enter the Car Park?
Ticketless parking has arrived at World Square.
You no longer need to scan a QR code or open the ZipBy app to enter and exit the car park. Instead, your vehicle’s license plate (captured at the time of booking) will be automatically recognised at the boom gate for seamless entry and exit.

Monday to Sunday 24 hrs
The Parking Office is located on Parking Level 6 and operates Monday to Friday from 7 AM to 6 PM. For general enquiries, please email staff.worldsquare@pointparking.com.au. For urgent matters, call 1300 55 11 31.
PARKING RATES
(Exclusive to Pre-booked Customers Only)
$27* All Day Weekday Rate
Monday to Friday. Enter after 12 AM and Exit before 11:59 PM the same day.
$18* All Day Evening Rate
Monday to Friday. Enter after 5 PM and Exit before 12 AM the same day.
$18* All Day Weekend & Public Holiday Rate
Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays. Enter after 12 AM and Exit before 11:59 PM the same day.
*Parking rates are based on your nominated entry and exit times when booking. Additional fees will apply if you exceed your booking times. A 2% surcharge applies to all card and mobile payments. Entry is subject to the Terms and Conditions displayed at the car park entrance.

Cancel your booking online via the World Square Portal or through the ZipBy App.
You can access the World Square car park via Goulburn Street or Pitt Street.
- Goulburn Street Entrance: Access from the Corner of Goulburn Street and George Street
- Pitt Street Entrance: Access from the Corner of Goulburn Street and Pitt Street
Simply visit the nearest pay station to pay for your parking, or alternatively, pay via debit or credit card at the exit. EFTPOS not accepted.

Card-Only Pay Station
- Lower Ground Level (Lift Lobby)
We accept cash and all major debit and credit cards. Unfortunately, we cannot process EFTPOS or cheque payments. Remember to make your payment at the pay station before returning to your vehicle. Pay stations are conveniently located on Ground Level, Lower Ground Level (Lift Lobby) and Goulburn Street Exit. Card payments can also be made at the car park exit. EFTPOS not accepted.
The maximum height clearance for vehicles entering and parking in our car park is 2.1 meters. For the World Square Loading Dock, the maximum height clearance is 4.1 meters. If you need assistance with the loading dock, you can reach us at +61 2 8057 6522.
