How to Enter the Car Park?

To ensure a hassle-free entry into the car park, please follow the instructions below based on how you booked your parking:

Booking via World Square Portal:
Upon arrival, please have your booking confirmation email ready. Scan the QR code provided in your confirmation email at the entry barrier gate to gain access.

Booking via ZipBy App:
When you approach the entry barrier gate, open the ZipBy App on your smartphone. Press the top blue button labeled “OPEN GATES AND DOORS” within the app to lift the barrier gate and enter the car park.

Please remember to have your booking confirmation or ZipBy app ready before arriving at the car park entrance for a smooth entry process.

The Parking Office is located on P6 and operates Monday to Friday from 7 AM to 3 PM. For assistance, please call our 24/7 customer care centre on 1300 55 11 31.

*Parking rates apply based on your nominated entry and exit times when booking. Overstaying beyond your booking will result in casual rates applying. 2.5% surcharge on all card and mobile payments. Entry is subject to Terms and Conditions located at the car park entry.

Parking FAQ

Modify or Cancel your booking online via the World Square Portal or through the ZipBy App.

When it’s time to pay for your parking, simply head to the nearest pay station. You can find pay stations in the Lower Ground lift lobby, Ground Level Lift Lobby, and Goulburn Street Exit in the car park.

Additionally, you can pre-book your parking spot with the Zipby App – download it from the Google Play or App Store. Credit card payments are available at the car park exit.

We accept cash and all major credit cards. Unfortunately, we cannot process EFTPOS or cheque payments. Remember to make your payment at the pay station before returning to your vehicle. Pay stations are conveniently located on Ground Level, Lower Ground Level lift lobby’s and Goulburn Street where credit card payments can also be made at the car park exit.

 


If you’ve misplaced your parking ticket, don’t worry. Our Point Parking lost ticket policy allows us to charge the maximum daily fee. However, if you later find your ticket, you can receive a refund of the balance of the lost ticket fee, minus the actual parking fee. Just present the original lost ticket and the cashier’s receipt for the lost ticket fee to the car park manager located on P6. 

We accept cash and all major credit cards. Unfortunately, we cannot process EFTPOS or cheque payments. Remember to make your payment at the pay station before returning to your vehicle. Pay stations are conveniently located on Ground Level, Lower Ground Level lift lobby’s and Goulburn Street where credit card payments can also be made at the car park exit. 

The maximum height clearance for vehicles entering and parking in our car park is 2.1 meters. For the World Square Loading Dock, the maximum height clearance is 4.1 meters. If you need assistance with the loading dock, you can reach us at +61 2 8057 6522.
