Date nights are always a bit nerve wracking, especially if it is the first one! That’s why it’s important to agree on a meeting place that is easy for both of you to find. The 3.2m tall Warrior Ox, found near Pandora is the perfect meeting place. Why? Because the mighty ox is hard to miss in all his glory. Plus, he is also situated in a large open space, giving you the opportunity to either recreate a scene out of your favourite ‘love at first sight’ movie or the chance to plan your escape…
Now that you’ve found each other, let’s set the scene and introduce a little ice breaker. What better way to do this than with a walk through the immersive installation experience, ULTRA. This Lunar New Year exhibition was created by James Jirat Patradoon and is heightened by mesmeric lighting, making it the perfect place to get those sparks flying.
After a walk to remember (excuse the movie reference) you’ve both probably worked up a bit of an appetite. Let’s get those taste buds going, follow the red lanterns down Liverpool Lane to Gami Chicken & Beer.
Like a reflection of your love, Gami features the ultimate match made in heaven; chicken wings & beer. Here you can indulge in some finger-licking delights, paired with a nice cold beer to get the good vibes started. They have gluten-free and vegetarian options too but don’t fill up too much because we’re moving onto mains.
